Gaisano Iloilo City Center will soon rise in this southern city and we get to see a video preview of the design as uploaded by its architects.

Gaisano ICC is a P2-billion 15-hectare mixed-use commercial and residential complex located in West Diversion Road, Mandurriao which will also feature a 40-storey Gaisano Tower. The complex will also have a mall, trade hall and convention center, church and offices.
T. I. Vasquez Architects & Planners Inc. revealed in the video that the GICC will take advantage of its riverfront location by creating a canal that goes through the property, with a modern bridge inspired by Paraw.
The video presentation is part the architect’s 20th year anniversary celebration and highlights the company’s present and future projects. The last part of the video was dedicated to the GICC.
The unveiling of GICC happened on January 18, 2013, attended by city heads Mayor Jed Patrick E. Mabilog, Cong. Jerry P. Treñas, and Senator Franklin Drilon.
