As part of its commitment to revolutionize patient experience, The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo has unveiled its newest initiative, the Healthcare Express Mobile Clinic.
Officially launched on April 29 at Festive Walk Parade in Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao District, the TMC Iloilo’s Healthcare Express Mobile Clinic promises to provide reliable, convenient, and accessible diagnostic and consultation services to different communities and corporate partners across Western Visayas.
The event was graced by TMC President and CEO Dr. Eugene Ramos, Mayor Jerry Treñas, executives of Philippine Chamber of Commerce Inc (PCCI), Zonta Club of Iloilo, partner hospitals, organizations, and communities.
Equipped with laboratory and diagnostic facilities, TMC Iloilo Healthcare Express Mobile Clinic provides communities and corporate partners access to medical consultations, laboratory, ultrasound, drug test, x-ray, and ECG, among others without going to the hospital as these can be done on-site. Thus, this is considered as the most advanced and comprehensive mobile clinic service in the region.
Anchored on TMC Iloilo’s brand of quality healthcare, patients can be assured of consistent and accurate results to enhance patient safety and enable effective treatment decisions. The said mobile clinic is also manned by trained healthcare partners and doctors that ensures dependable diagnostic results.
Since the mobile clinic can be brought to different communities and sites in the region, patients can have an accessible way of availing of different laboratory and diagnostic services at the comfort of their own places.
TMC Iloilo Healthcare Express Mobile Clinic is also taking convenience to the next level as it is equipped with high-speed internet services, allowing patients to receive their results via email at a reasonable turnaround time.
“With TMC Iloilo Healthcare Express Mobile Clinic, we are providing our patient partners reliability, accessibility, and convenience when it comes to availing of their laboratory and diagnostic services,” said TMC Iloilo Chief Executive Officer Dr. Felix Ray Villa.
Moreover, he noted that the newly launched mobile clinic is part of TMC Iloilo’s commitment in making quality healthcare available to the Ilonggo community anytime, anywhere.
“More than having the most modern and comprehensive mobile service in Western Visayas, we are more proud to fulfill our commitment of bringing quality healthcare closer to different communities. This new service is our way of answering to the need of the community to access our brand of care anywhere in the region,” Dr. Villa added.
