The Medical City Iloilo (TMC Iloilo) recently launched its newest program that aims to provide more convenience to its patient partners by giving them an option for the delivery of their medicines and other health essentials.
TMC Iloilo Express Delivery is a customer service driven initiative of the hospital that caters to both admitted patients and outpatients.
Admitted patients can use this service to have their health essentials and personal needs delivered from their homes to the hospital without the hassle of going out of their hospital rooms. Meanwhile, outpatients can use TMC Iloilo Express Delivery to have their maintenance medicines and other health necessities delivered at their doorstep.
“Using TMC Iloilo Express Delivery is simple and convenient. To avail this service, patients will just need to call TMC Iloilo Concierge and we will take care of the rest,” said TMC Iloilo Chief Executive Officer Dr. Felix Ray Villa noted.
He added that this service is TMC Iloilo’s answer to the needs of the patients as the hospital aims to level up its services by providing excellent patient experience aside from having innovative programs and services to cater to the healthcare needs of the community.
