The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo once again proved that it is indeed a “Trailblazer in Healthcare in Western Visayas” with its recent feat in the 2019 DOH30 Hospital Awards held at Pearlmont Hotel in Cagayan De Oro on September 17.
TMC Iloilo was recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Performing Level 2 Hospitals assessed in the following criteria: Infection Control and Hospital Safety Programs, Service Provision, Patient Experience and Employee Satisfaction, Social Responsibility and Community-based Activities, and Quality Improvement and Innovations.
“This recognition will further boost confidence of our patient partners and will also serve as a testament of our promise of delivering quality patient-centered care through patient partnership”, said TMC Iloilo Chief Executive Officer Dr. Felix Ray Villa.
“It’s also another proof that TMC Iloilo never stops evolving as we continuously embrace the challenge of meeting the dynamic healthcare demands of the Ilonggos,” he added.
The DOH30 Star Awards was conceptualized to give recognition to hospitals upholding the best health practices in the delivery of healthcare services.
