The Mansion Iloilo, an iconic landmark hotel in the city, turned up a few notches on its gastronomic offerings with the introduction of new dishes!
Executive Chef Arnie Pineda graciously welcomed Iloilo Bloggers at The Mansion Pool Club recently, and offered for food tasting an array of his culinary creations which will be available in their Pool Club and Lobby Cafe.
Chef Arnie’s vast international experience is very evident in the 23 tasteful dishes that he prepared for guests of The Mansion. The menu options is a seamless fusion of Western and Asian Cuisine, with some touch of local dishes.
Most of the bloggers gave two thumbs up to Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice with meat and veggies), very savory Pad Thai, crunchy and flavorful Crispy Pata, medium rare Australian Tenderloin Steak, and Authentic Pancit Molo (Kap Ising’s).
