Florete Land, Inc is expanding their commercial hub along Diversion Road as it held a groundbreaking of Plazuela Dos on Sunday, December 21.
Mayor Jed Patrick E. Mabilog was present in the ceremony together with Congressman Jerry Treñas, and he congratulated Dr. Rogelio Florete on the groundbreaking of Plazuela de Iloilo expansion.
“This is another major investment from a full-blooded Ilonggo. Thank you for believing in the stability of this administration,” Mabilog said.
Plazuela II is an 8,891-square-meter expansion project linked to Plazuela I via an interconnecting footbridge, expected to expand commercial potentials.
The development will host commercial and retail areas. It will have a supermarket to meet the needs of shoppers. It will also have an al fresco dining area for BPO employees looking for an alternative dining experience during and after mall hours.
Calle Florete promenade will be extended to the activity area within the heart of Plazuela Dos, captivating the festive mood of Iloilo.
