In line wih Global Business Power Corporation’s power plant expansion program in Iloilo City, the Panay Energy Development Corporation-3 is now recruiting 20 Engineers for its Cadetship Engineering Program (CEP) scheduled on April to October 2015.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of reputable school
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics and Communications Engineer, Chemical Engineer or Chemist
- Must fall within age bracket of 22-25 years old, male or female, preferably singe
- Physically and mentally fit for training
- Willing to undergo 5 days a week intensive training
- Priority will be given to Panay residents (residents from outside Panay may also be considered if there is a shortage of qualified applicants)
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Must have good communication skills – both oral and written
- Must possess potential leadership skills – involvement in university activities/associations will be an advantage
- Must be a fast learner, highly flexible and adaptable, willing to invest in learning to realize career aspirations
- Must be a team player and has high emotional quotient (EQ) when it comes to interpersonal relationship
- Must be of good moral conduct

- Transcript of Records (photocopy)
- PRC License and Board Exam results (photocopy)
