To earn a raffle entry, a PalawanPay user must download PalawanPay, register and cash-in any amount in their e-wallet. One PalawanPay account/identity is equal to one raffle entry.
PalawanPay is an e-wallet service that provides convenient remittance options to customers, who have the option to send money from their e-wallet to another customers’ e-wallet or to send money directly from their e-wallet to the Palawan Express Pera Padala (PEPP) network. After downloading the app, you can register your account name and password once you agree to the terms and conditions.
