The One-stop Service Center for Overseas Filipino Workers (OSSCO) at the 3rd level of Robinson’s Place Iloilo, Ledesma St., Iloilo City is now serving the workers of Western Visayas, especially Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and those planning to work abroad.
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region 6 in collaboration with its partners launched the OSSCO last October 19, 2016 in the response to the directive of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to make government frontline services accessible to OFWs and ensure that all requirements they needed are conveniently housed in one location.
The agencies under the OSSCO are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Mondays to Fridays, except for the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) which open from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Aside from responding to OFWs’ queries and providing them the necessary information, the following government agencies are also offering their programs and services, namely:
