In celebration of its 40 years of building homes for Filipinos, the country’s largest home builder Camella hosted the National Camella Day (NCD) 2018 fair in four key areas of the country, with its third stop at Vista Mall Iloilo on August 18.
Now on its 2nd year, the National Camella Day kicked off its month-long celebration in Bataan (North Luzon) on August 5, then visited Davao for Mindanao leg last August 12 before hitting Iloilo this August 18. The culminating activity will be in Cavite (South Luzon) for the final leg on the 25th of this month.
The tagline for this year’s NCD celebration is ‘Taga-Camella Ako’ which aims to evoke a sense of pride and love from homeowners and stakeholders of Camella brand.
“We want each of our homeowners in Iloilo to proudly say, “Taga-Camella Iloilo ako,” said Ms. Lily Donasco, Division Head of Camella Visayas-Palawan.
The most awaited Camella show in Iloilo started with a grand motorcade around Iloilo City and vicinity of Vista Mall, followed by ribbon-cutting ceremony at the banchetto fair in the event area outside the mall.
In between the giving away of raffle prizes and fun performances, Camella made a surprise introduction of ‘Esang’, the mascot of its most affordable line of houses, the Lessandra series. The morning program also featured the Camella Got Talent contest participated by homeowners of the subdivision.
