In Ayra Churrascaria, all the meat you love such as pork, beef, chicken, etc. is cooked in ‘churrasco’ style, which roughly means ‘barbecue’ in Portugese.
Ayra is a buffet restaurant, but it mirrors the concept of Brazillian style steakhouse service called rodizio, where customers pay a fixed price, and passadores (meat waiters) bring various kinds meat to each customer at several times throughout the meal, until the customers signal that they have had enough.
In Ayra, they have salad and dessert bar where you can get what you like on your plate, and then wait for waiters to start coming in with their great selection of meat cooked deliciously!
We’ve had chicken barbecue, roasted pork, pork belly, pork ribs, top sirloin, tenderloin, top round beef, sausage, red hotdog, etc., all very tender, juicy, and mouthwatering!
Ayra also serve specialty cocktails as well as well spirits, homemade Sangrias, house wines, and Caipirinhas that’s perfect for meat buffet.
