Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog led the celebration of Iloilo City Community College Foundation Week this December 3-6, 2013.
In his speech, Mabilog stressed that the celebration is a milestone in educational development of underprivileged but deserving Ilonggos.
He is glad of the positive results of strong public-private partnership in exploring possibilities and opportunities on how to better serve the Ilonggos especially the youth in terms of educational needs. Another year of enthusiasm, hardwork and dedicated service of faculty and staff proved productive for ICCC, the mayor said.
He hoped the meaningful celebration of achievements will continue to inspire the ICCC Family to work and strive harder towards fruitful accomplishments.
The ICCC is a surely a symbol of strong stakeholders’ participation which is always in the frontline of good governance as Iloilo City continues to cultivate a culture of business opportunity and maintain a progressive socio-economic climate helping the community.
