- Bonafide resident of Iloilo City
- Graduate of Iloilo City public high school
- With General Weighted Average (GWA) of 82% or above
- Parents/Guardians are bonafide residents and voters of Iloilo City

3. Brgy. Certificate of Residence
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Parent’s/Guadian’s Voter’s Certificate
6. Income Tax Return of Parent/BIR Certification for Non-filing of Income Tax Return (maybe submitted upon enrollment)
