Starting January 2, applicants can renew their business permit easier and more convenient way through online to avoid long lines of waiting in processing their papers.
This innovation will make it more efficient for Iloilo City Government to deliver services for the benefit of clients, stressed Mayor Jed Patrick E. Mabilog.
STEP 1: Go to www.iloilocity.gov.ph and Click “Business Permit Renewal”
STEP 2: Fill-up all required information in the Declaration of Gross Receipts (DGR), and click “Submit.” A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant once the application is received by the City Treasurer’s Office (CTO).
STEP 3: Wait for the approved DGR and Tax Order of Payment (TOP) with computation of your Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) fees, Community Tax Certificate (CTC) and other fees via email. Print the email attachments including TOP, DGR and affix signature.
STEP 4: Go to the designated cashier window when paying for online applications at CTO and get priority number to be called for their turn.
STEP 5: Present the printed TOP and signed DGR along with the following requirements: Brgy. Clearance; prior year’s Fire Safety Insurance Certificate (FSIC); previous year’s business tax receipt; and previous year’s fourth quarter Real Property Tax (RPT) receipt.
FSIC expiry date must not be earlier than February of the current year. FSIC with January expiration must be renewed with the BFP first prior to the processing of business permit renewal.
STEP 6: Pay business tax dues, BFP fees, CTC and other fees as well as issuance of business permit, business sticker and all receipts.
For applicants paying in check, they should issue separate checks for: business tax dues, BFP fees, CTC and other fees.
