An Ilongga who graduated from Iloilo Doctors College was named among the topnotchers in the recently results of November 2022 Midwife Licensure Examination.
Marielle Luceño Oberio got a rating of 90.05% to earn a Top 2 ranking in the board exam given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last November 6 and 7. Jonathan Calunsag Gatela Jr. of the University of the Philippines School of Health & Sciences – Leyte Campus was the overall Top 1 with a score of 90.10%.
A native of Barangay Balanac in the town of Janiuay, Oberio is the class valedictorian of her batch at Iloilo Doctors College. She finished her secondary education at Janiuay National Comprehensive High School.

PRC released the results of Midwife Board Exam in just three working days after the test, with a total of 1,768 out of 3,472 passers. The exam was given by the Board of Midwifery in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
