The best of the Island Province of Guimaras will be showcased at the Mango Festival of SM City Iloilo!
The world famous sweetest mangoes will be the highlight of the festival which will run on April 4-10, 2016.
The opening program of the sweetest gastronomic event of the year will take place 3:00 PM at the Event Center on April 4.
A Trade Fair at the lower ground floor new wing from April 4-10 will feature different mango treats to choose from.
The Ultimate Mango Pizza courtesy of Pitstop will be the highlight on April 6 at 4pm. The biggest mango pizza display in the country will then be shared to the shoppers.
On April 7, the lovely ladies of Ms. Manggahan 2016 will be in a Fashion Parade around the mall at 4pm.
Tribe performances will feature colorful dances on April 9, 4pm at the Event Center. The dances will feature Guimaras’ rich history and the people’s artistry and talent.
On April 10, Chef Denis Laumone of C’s by L’ Fisher will show the shoppers how to prepare different mango desserts 4pm at the Event Center.
The popular Mango-Eating-Contest will also be the highlight of the festival. On April 8-10 starting at 4pm, shoppers can register at the Event Center and dig in to the sweetest mangoes in the world!
