Highest High Tide recorded was 7.5 meters Lowest Low Tide recorded 6.14 meters an allowance of 1.5 meters as to avoid floods in the property.
Water System: Water Distribution: Water will be provided by Metro Iloilo water District (MIWD)
Pipe size for water distribution line from MIWD is 200mm dia. Iloilo City Center water lines will then distribute water through 250mm to 150mm pipes.
Sewerage Line: Pipe sizes for the sewer pipes are 250, 350, 500, 600mm dia. All pipes leads to the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
Water Drainage: Culverts ( is a structure that allows water to flow under
a road, railroad, trail, or similar obstruction, typically embedded so as to be surrounded by soil) 900mm dia. pipes 1.2 meters in depth. It is made of concrete.

Power Transmission: Electricity will be provided by Panay Electric Company (PECO)
30 MVA Substation will help generate power for Iloilo City Center businesses and residents
Electrical and Auxiliary Lines with 2.8 meters underground concrete- reinforced water-proof pipes
