THE Department of Health-Regional Office VI (DOH-RO VI) is in need of doctors, dentists, registered medical technologists, registered midwives, and public health associates (PHA) who are graduates of any health allied degree for its various projects.
Those hired will be deployed in rural health units, birthing homes, and barangay health stations in Panay Island and Guimaras province. The contract will start in January to December 2016, renewable every six months based on a very satisfactory performance.
Applicants must meet the minimum requirements: duly filled-up Prescribed Application Form and medical certificate issued by a government physician (CSC Form No. 212) – both of which can be downloaded at www.ro6.doh.gov.ph, – official and validated PRC license, certified true copy of diploma (for PHA applicants only), and certificate of good moral character.

Applicants (doctors) under the Universal Health Care must submit the minimum requirements to the Provincial DOH Offices or at the DOH Regional Office VI, Q. Abeto Street, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. Deadline of submission of application is on December 4, 2015.
Dentists, medical technologists, midwives and PHA applicants may apply online from November 23 to 27, 2015 through www.ro6.doh.gov.ph.
