Another Centralian made it to the list of topnotchers in the recently released Nursing Board Exam!
Albert Christian Longno Senador, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Central Philippine University (CPU), scored a rating of 86.60 percent to place at no. 10 in the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE).
The Roxas City-native is the only examinee from schools in Panay Island named as top 10 placer in the exam.
Kiarra Belle Arante Poblador of Silliman University, sister school of CPU, is the overall top 1 with rating of 89.40 percent.
CPU graduates did well in the board exam with overall passing percentage of 85.71 percent, with first-time takers getting 93.10 percent rate.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 6,086 out of 11,828 passed the NLE 2021 given by the Board of Nursing in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, San Fernando, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last November 21,-22, 2021. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld as per Board Resolution No. 08 dated December 10, 2021.
The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Elsie A. Tee, Chairman; Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Carfredda P. Dumlao, Zenaida C. Gagno, Elizabeth C. Lagrito, Marylou B. Ong and Merle L. Salvani, Members.
From January 10 to January 19 and January 21 to January 28, 2022, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
