Cafe Panay, the one-stop shop of Panay Tours Specialists, Inc. (PTSI), marked its 1st anniversary with new offerings that surely will satisfy Ilonggo taste.
PTSI’s Dr. Mae Tamayo-Panes personally welcomed the Iloilo bloggers and VIPs from business and tourism industry in the city to a sumptuous buffet dinner at the shop on Monday, January 12.
The guests were then made to taste firsthand their latest dishes: Tabagak Ilongga Pasta, Empanaditas de Molo, Tinapa Roll with spicy Suka Tuba dip, Cheddar Cheese with Mushroom, Chorizo Recado de Ilonggo and Spanish Sardines Pandesal ni Paa sandwiches, all served great with the tangy Red Taho Iced Tea.
