Homegrown real estate developer Eon Realty and Development Corporation broke ground for Bernwood Centrale, a 15-story residential tower soon to rise in Jaro, Iloilo City.
Through the years, Eon Realty has been constructing quality and economic housing for the Ilonggos, an endeavor beyond business it undertakes as part of its commitment in curbing the country’s housing shortage and fulfilling its vision to make life better. It has delivered more than a thousand homes since 1998 on both horizontal and vertical developments.
This year, Eon Realty takes pride in unveiling its new project Bernwood Centrale condo through a Groundbreaking and Dedication Ceremony on April 9, 2022 in the project site at Lopez Jaena Street in the Jaro district.
This new 15-storey condominium project will home to some 858 units with amenities including gym, study hub, play house, function rooms, swimming pool, jog trail, open garden. Part of the development are parking lots and commercial spaces intended for coffee shops/restaurants, and a convenience store to complement the needs of the unit owners.

The groundbreaking event was led by the corporate leaders of Eon Group of Company, headed by Chairman Felix Tiu; Real Estate VP Bernadette C. Tiu, and President/CEO Eon C. Tiu.
Iloilo City Cong. Jam Jam Baronda, LRA Administrator Robert Leyretana, and Hon. Rommel Duron representing Mayor Jerry Trenas also graced the event, while Pastor Normandy Notes speaks for the dedication.
DHSUD Secretary Eduardo D. Del Rosario and Regional Director Eva Maria P. Marfil expressed their greetings and congratulations through a video message.
The event also gathered families and friends, key government officials, corporate partners from Boysen, MORE Power and CPU, bankers like Security Bank and China Bank Savings, business associations and organizations like SHDA – Panay, PCCI, employees, and real estate brokers and agents in Iloilo.
It was concluded with the surprise celebration of the Birthday of Ms. Bernadette Tiu. Health and safety protocols were observed during the event.
