The Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP) Molo Chapter, in Iloilo City, recognized Security Guard Joemarie Paredes of NMISA for his exemplary honesty during their Grand Breakfast event held on November 30, 2024, at the Titanium Ballroom, District 21 Hotel and Conventions, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
SG Paredes was presented with the Honesty Award of the Year and a Certificate of Recognition for his commendable act of integrity. Last September 20, 2024, during his routine inspection at the SM City Iloilo Food Court, he recovered a bag containing ₱372,500.00 in cash and immediately ensured its safe return to the rightful owner.
This recognition is part of the BCBP’s tradition of honoring individuals in the community who demonstrate honesty and uphold ethical values in their profession or workplace. The event was attended by notable members of the organization and the community.
It is worth noting that SG Paredes was also honored with an award during SM City Iloilo’s General Assembly and Formation on November 29, 2024, further solidifying his reputation for integrity and dedication to duty.
