Akeanons get to showcase their products in Aklan Product Expo 2013 held in SM City Iloilo this September 30 to October 6, 2013.
The product expo opened a 2:00 PM of September 30, graced by local executives of Aklan and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Twenty-eight Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) mounted their stalls in the mall’s activity center in this year’s expo which starts at 10:00AM to 9:00PM. 
The Aklan Product Exposition is a venue that offers opportunity for Aklan MSMEs to showcase their products to the regional market especially in Iloilo City and neighboring provinces.
Distinctive, fashionable, and eco-friendly hand-woven wearables, gifts, and housewares will be featured during the week-long product exposition.
Also available for sale are the famous processed meat and bakery products as well as health and wellness, and tourism-related support products.
This activity is organized by the DTI, Aklan Provincial Office; Hugod Aklanon Producers Association, Inc.; in partnership with the Provincial Government of Aklan. With reports from DTI.
